LAS DUELAS restaurant was created with a clear and defined mission: to cover an empty space in the region of Haro and area regarding modern cuisine. It provides an innovating breath of fresh air that had been necessary for a long time, thus completing the trend already introduced in other regions.
Always based on typical natural produce from the region, the Head Chef prepares clearly regional dishes adapted to today's techniques. The result is a harmonious combination of traditional dishes and other more modern, where our roots and new tendencies are combined using prime local produce of which we are proud.
It is a diversity proposal that seeks results reflecting the evolution of tastes at the same time as it is firmly committed to quality, contributing new touches and textures to flavours already known.
The result is a cooking style that is clear and simple in its concept, where the final result are clear and pure tastes.
As for the ambience and decoration, the restaurant is an open, simple and welcoming space where you can dine pleasantly and also enjoy its excellent wines.
The Head Chef is Juan Nales Rückauer. After years of experience and training with great professionals such as Luis Irízar and Pedro Subijana, among others, he has undertaken on his own the pleasant task of offering our customers quality and professionalism.
