Long Description:

Manjarrés is a municipality in the autonomous region of La Rioja.
-Location: It is part of the district of Nájera. The municipal area covers the land around the Yalde River.
-Area: 6.1 km2.
-Height: 629 metres.
-Economy: The main activities are dry and livestock farming and many businesses related to the meat industry have therefore been created.

Tourism resources:

The Parish Church of La Asunción, from the 16th century, is built in ashlar, and has a single two section nave, transept with low chapels, octagonal chancel with three facing walls, and a tower in the south part. It has a great reredos with Corinthian and Ionic columns. The San Mamés Chapel is built in brick with wood roof and is abandoned.
