Hormilla is a municipality in the autonomous region of La Rioja.
-Location: It is part of the district of Nájera. It covers the areas around the lower part of the River Tuerto, where the landscape descends.
-Area: 16 km2.
-Height: 522 metres.
-Economy: There is both dry and irrigated farming, although dry crops are most common: the main crops are barley, wheat, beet and grapes.
The San Martín de Tours Church (16th-18th centuries) is situated between the square and the road that crosses the village. The chancel, the two first sections and the side nave date early 16th century; the chapels, the last section and the tower are Baroque.
