Long Description:

Briñas is a municipality in the autonomous region of La Rioja. It is in the northwest of the province between the Toloño Mountains and the left bank of the River Ebro. The district is under the local jurisdiction of Haro.
-Location: It is part of the district of Haro. It is on the banks of the River Ebro.
-Area: 2.4 km2.
-Height: 455 metres.
-Economy: Farming. The main crop is the grape and there are lots of wineries.

Tourism resources:

The Parish Church of La Asunción, dated 17th century, has a single nave with chapels between buttresses, a transept, and an octagonal chancel. It houses a Classicist reredos. Old wineries. Ashlar house with shields. Fountain in the Plaza Mayor. Finish cross and transept.
