Baños de Río Tobía (also known as Bañuelos) is a municipality in the Upper Rioja district of the autonomous region of La Rioja. It is in the Najerilla River basin. The population is 1,711 and it has a large pigmeat industry.

The San Pelayo Parish, in dressed stone and rough ashlar, from the 16th century, has three naves, a rectangular chancel and a transept. In its interior there is a Renaissance reredos and other Baroque ones. City council and mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries. Virgen del Rosario Chapel. Market on Wednesdays.
