Long Description:
Alescanco is a municipality within the autonomous region of La Rioja.
-Location: It is part of the district of Nájera.
-Area: 17.3 km2.
-Height: 568 metres.
-Economy: The main industry is grain, grape and potato farming.
Tourism resources:
The Santa María de la Asunción Parish is an ashlar and brick building from the 16th to the 18th centuries. It has a very well restored reredos from 1769.
