En estas visitas además de conocer en primera persona la arquitectura de las bodegas aprenden todo sobre el proceso de elaboración del vino, desde la recogida de la uva hasta su embotellamiento.

En Bodegas Tritium te ofrecemos 3 diferentes visitas guiadas desde la más básica con un coste de 10 Euros que incluye la cata de 2 vinos, crianza y reservar, una ligera explicación de la bodega, y un pequeño aperitivo, hasta una deliciosa comida en el moderno comedor de nuestra bodega,  realizada con Aceite Tritium, cuyos platos en su totalidad están elaborados con productos de la tierra, regada por los espectaculares vinos de Rioja de nuestra bodega, acompañada de una visita completa a la bodega y una de-gustación completa de nuestros vinos.

The Museum's restaurant, run by Maribel Frades and Jon Zubeldia, offers typical Riojan cuisine in which seasonal products are carefully chosen, prepared to perfection and the dishes exquisitely presented, but not fleeing from original contrasts in texture, flavour and colours.

As well as the à la carte menu, there are set menus which will enable you to taste both "signature" cuisine and more traditional dishes, accompanied by excellent Dinastía Vivanco wines.

It occupies two circular floors with impressive panoramic views of the vineyards and the Sierra de Cantabria. Each floor can seat 100 diners in a modern and elegant setting where you can enjoy the sensation of being among the vines.

Its facilities include a wood-fired oven and two barbecue grills fired by the oak of old wine casks and vine twigs and rootstocks from their own vineyards.

It is located in the historic village of Hormilleja, in a noteworthy location worth visiting. Its wines come arise from the respect for tradition that provide them with a soul.

 

It has a welcoming dining room with views, specialising in typical Riojan fare and, particularly fish and meat grilled over vine cane embers, as well as delicious lamb, suckling pig... roasted in a wood-fired oven.

 

n our exterior viewpoint, you can enjoy from a tasting to a full meal, surrounded by vineyards with the snowy mountains of Valdezcaray, the Riojan Valley and the Basque mountains as a backdrop.

 

You can visit the vineyard and depending on the time of year, see how the vines are changing until the grapes are picked, and also visit our family winery.

We suggest you try our restaurant with its joyful and understandable cuisine. The daily conception of the menu, the personalised nature and freshness of food from local suppliers, and our own style.

OPENING HOURS:

Lunch: daily from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm

Dinner: daily from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm (Fridays, Saturdays and holidays until 10.30 pm).

Monday to Friday 'Relax in every sense':

1 hour of free spa circuit (valid with Earth and Tasting menus).
