The renovation of this building has been carried out respecting the original elements; its facade on its second floor was covered with a thick layer of lime and sand which has made it possible to preserve the original brickwork for more than 200 years, having been recently uncovered; well as most of the noble wood beams. The considerable effort that has been made to preserve the original building makes us lovers of the philosophy of tradition and renewal of the people of La Rioja, creators of added value products.
