The renovation of this building has been carried out respecting the original elements; its facade on its second floor was covered with a thick layer of lime and sand which has made it possible to preserve the original brickwork for more than 200 years, having been recently uncovered; well as most of the noble wood beams. If you are thinking of taking part in a winetasting initiation activity, we would encourage you to do so, knowing that you'll only learn guidelines to be able to continue exploring this complex world of wine.
At Casa Tila, we offer you the possibility of a winetasting initiation at home, thanks to the collaboration with the company "Verónica las manos del vino". If what you prefer to do the tasting in a small winery, we can put you in touch with Pilar from Bodegas Peña La Rosa de Abalos.
Wine Therapy
Using Rioja vines, a wine is made that is world famous, as a result of its great quality and organoleptic properties. Rioja vine seeds, skin and leaves, are rich in anthocyanosides, polyphenols and procyanidols substances of antioxidant or antiradical free peoperties greater than that of vitamin E, which prevents aging.
Its active ingredients also act on ourcirculatory system, protecting and reinforcing walls of capillaries, veins and arteries.
At Casa Tila, we want to offer to our clients and friends, the possibility of enjoying the benefits of Wine Therapy. We understand that these pleasures must be experienced as comfortably as possible, so we have contacted the company Verónica Las Manos Del Vino who offers us the chance to receive the treatments in your room.

It is right in the middle of Cuzcurrita de Rio Tirón, a village in La Rioja known since the 11th century, between Calle Carnicerías and Calle del Cierzo. its old construction, loadbearing masonry wall and wooden beams give the holiday cottage a traditional and welcoming character on the whole. Its particularly beautiful courtyard joins both buildings.
