In October, you can hear the bellowing of the deer. Ojacastro is a village 2 km Ezcaray and 17 km from the ski resort of Valdezcaray. The Wine Route can also be visited (Haro, Ollauri, Briones, Badarán, Cordovín), as well as the Route of the Monasteries (San Millán de la Cogolla- World Heritage Site- Nájera, Cañas and Santo Domingo.
