The house, comprising ground floor and first floor, also has a 30 m2 patio on the right of which is a garden with 130 metres more; both for private use.
Adapted for the disabled, it has a fireplace and gasoil heating. On the ground floor is the lounge-dining room, the kitchen and a toilet. On the top floor are the bedrooms and respective bathrooms. All adequately furnished, including cot, comfortably accommodating five guests.
From the kitchen, fully equipped with electrical appliances and utensils, there is an exit out onto the courtyard with splendid views. Here you can sit pleasantly after lunch or dinner, or in the morning, enjoy the sunshine; or the cool shade in spring and summer evenings; or gaze at the starry skies at night, far away from any "light pollution". Just as if the constellations have been specially prepared for you!
The house has an internal staircase that leads to the two bedrooms, with kingsize beds (1.50 by 1.90), one of them with an extra bed. Each one has an independent bathroom and magnificent large windows. It's a real pleasure to wake up in these rooms feeling surrounded by nature.
In the deer rutting season, deer are easily spotted from inside and outside the house. For nature lovers, the place, apart from the peace and tranquility of spending a few days in complete harmony with nature, there are many possibilities of walks to admire many species of wildlife.
