This house, typical of the area, has been renovated respecting the original structure, such as its singular elements. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll feel like you've walked into bygone days. In the hall is the old wine press.
Many corners of the house have been renovated, such as the mangers and all the carpentrywork (doors, windows and beams are original).
So the combination of rustic and modern elements make it a singular place where one of the most important features is the renewable energy system used, as the heating and hot water are produced by a biomass boiler.

Ground floor: with large common area, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, wood-fired stove, and a toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with shared bathroom and one with separate bathroom, a terrace and balcony onto the main street.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and a balcony for spending a pleasant while.
Attic: Loft area (not yet completely finished)
All rooms are more than 15m2 meaning an extra bed is available.
Activities:
trekking: various routes, such as hillclimbing, for example, Isasa or Ambasaguas, where you might be lucky and spot some wild animals like roe deer or deer.
Cycling: several routes for mountain bikers, such as Navalsaz, Prejano or Peña Isasa
Mycological routes: you have the option of visiting the area with a guide, who will help us to understand the fascinating world of mushrooms

For history enthusiasts, we have the ruins of the celtiberian city of Contrebia Leucade, in the village of Inestrillas and in Aguilar you will find the Celtiberian Visitors Centre, with the possibility of meeting a guide who will introduce you to a past almost unknown.
