Standing next to the Church of Nieva de Cameros is the rural tourism centre Albergue la Casa Nueva. It is a building steeped in history from being a shelter for everyone who came and did not have any lodging to a stable, prison, etc.

The Hostel

is rented by rooms or completely, so you can plan your holidays as a family or group. It has a Lounge with TV and DVD, an industrial-type kitchen, bathrooms with common showers and 7 bedrooms, 3 of them with private bathroom.

The house is surrounded by a green area of more than 1000 m. One of the things to be highlighted in the house is a large wooden ceiling and its thick stone walls. In the entrance there is a stone arch more than two centuries old, a typical feature of our village houses.

Rooms

The hostel has 7 bedrooms, 2 with a 1.35 bed, and bathroom, 1 with bunk beds and bathroom. 1 with 2 bunks and 3 with 3 bunks.

The furniture is solid pine which gives a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Both mattresses and bases are of quality for your optimum rest. They are spacious and comfortably distributed, all with an extra bed in case of need or a third person.

All rooms are exterior with views  towards the mountain, which makes them verybright and joyful. Although the area is quiet the windows have sound-proof glass to avoid hearing any outside noise andto maintain the indoor temperature of the house.
